Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Pricing

All prices include VAT where applicable and are in pounds sterling. The price shown at checkout is the total payable, inclusive of delivery. We do not add charges at a later step.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Dimensions are approximate and colours may vary slightly between screens. Size recommendations by breed are a guide only. Measure your dog nose to tail and add 15cm.

Our beds are designed to support comfortable rest. They are not medical devices and are not a treatment for any condition. If your dog is showing signs of pain, stiffness or reduced mobility, please consult your vet.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
